We can supply stainless steel exhaust solutions for most kinds of vehicles - from pre-made "bolt on" kits to full "one off" bespoke systems for individual vehicles. We can also supply other exhaust components such as manifolds (headers) and catalytic converters. We are also dealers for Gearbox-Z DPF-R Diesel particulate filter delete kits for late model Dodge, Ford and Chevy trucks!
As a division of American Auto Barn Ltd, experts in US aftermarket accessories, we are also able to supply and install a range of complimentary performance products eg K&N Air Filters, EBC Brakes and Eibach Suspension kits.
We are Official Magnaflow Pro-Installers - and can supply their full range of products. We can custom build systems and fit all their products to give you the benefit of the full factory warranty.
If you have purchased your exhaust kit from any legitimate mail order source such as JEGS, Summit Racing or MagnaflowUK (Nemesis Performance) we will be happy to install it for you (labour charges will apply) and so activate the factory warranty.
We make exhaust systems in-house using our state of the art HUTH(tm) 2806 Tube Bender, catering from pipe sizes from 1.75" through to 3". We work mainly in 409 and 304 grade stainless steel. Other tube sizes , mandrel bends and materials can be supplied on request. We have both TIG and MIG welding equipment . We also have the latest in heavy duty American made BEND PAK XP series lift capable of lifting most cars & light trucks including the Dodge Ram 3500 Dually.
Custom Built Performance Exhausts
We can custom build exhausts for all kinds of vehicles from Cars (including kit cars, classics and sports), light commercials, vans, agricultural etc. We work in 409 and 304 stainless steel in standard imperial tube sizes from 1.75" up to 3". We use top quality mufflers and components (eg tips, crossover pipes) from leading manufacturers - TIG or mig Welding is used where appropriate.
Exhaust Kits
We supply a wide range of "bolt-on" stainless-steel exhaust kits for many late model European, Japanese and American Vehicles from leading manufacturers - in particular MAGNAFLOW (American, Japanese and some european models) Custom Chrome, JETEX ( european and Japanese models covered) Many of these kits are suitable for DIY intallation if you are unable to come to us . Most of the kits we supply are "cat-back" systems and are made from mandrel bent stainless tube and include tips.
Catalytic Converters
We can supply Magnaflow high-flow direct-fit catalytic converters for many applications including universal fit units that can be used to economically replace faulty units without replacing the complete system! These catalysers flow up to 40% more than the original type and can considerably improve performance and economy.
Please note that due to stringent new government regulations (as of August 2009), for all UK/European specification vehicles newer than 2001 model year (ie Y reg or newer) only a type approved catalyser may be installed.
We are able to supply "type approved" catalysers, however be aware they are designed for improved emissions compliance rather than high performance - Please be aware that due to the enhanced emissions performance they are also somewhat more expensive than the old type catalysers due to the increased catalyst content!
